Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
heiliao.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We take copyright infringement claims seriously and will respond to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.
If you believe material accessible on heiliao.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent at [email protected]
. Please note that only the copyright owner or an authorized representative may submit such requests.
If we remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material, we will take reasonable steps to notify the user who uploaded the content. That user then has the opportunity to file a Counter Notice (see below).
Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement
Submitting a DMCA Notice is a legal process. Please ensure your claim is accurate and valid, as false claims may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
To submit a valid DMCA Notice, please include the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
Identification of the infringing material, including the specific URL(s) of the page or video on heiliao.com. General information (e.g., channel URL or username) is insufficient.
Your contact information, including your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your Notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient).
All Notices must be written in English or Mandarin Chinese. Notices submitted in other languages may be deemed non-compliant.
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you are the uploader of content that was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter Notice to [email protected]
.
A valid Counter Notice must include:
Your name, address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material and its original location (URL) on heiliao.com.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district, or if you are outside the U.S., to any judicial district in which heiliao.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the original claimant or their agent.
When we receive a valid Counter Notice, we will forward it to the original claimant. Unless the claimant informs us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, the removed material may be restored.
Please note: By submitting a Counter Notice, you consent to your personal information being disclosed to the original claimant.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, heiliao.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also disable or restrict access to users who infringe intellectual property rights, regardless of repeat status.
